If you are concerned about your blood pressure you might want to think about eating some dark chocolate. Researchers at Tufts University in Massachusetts say dark chocolate could be a factor in reducing high blood pressure. Ten men and ten women, all with high blood pressure, were studied by the Tufts experts. The first group ate three-and-a-half ounces of dark chocolate every day for 15 days, while group two ate the same amount of white chocolate during the same period. The two groups then switched. Those eating the dark chocolate saw a drop in blood pressure. Those eating the white chocolate saw no change at all. Doctors warn that adding chocolate to your diet every day will probably add pounds to your waistline and the risk of weight gain will add to your blood pressure problems.
There are a lot of cures out there for a lot of things, but this may be the best medicine I've ever seen. I need 30 cc's of dark chocolate...STAT!!
