A top German intelligence official believes the al-Qaeda terrorist group is under pressure to strike another quote, "high value" Western target. Rudolf Adam says al-Qaeda may be looking at attacking chemical plants or using surface to air missiles to shoot down planes. The head of Germany's BND foreign intelligence agency notes that a substantial decline in activities over the next couple of years is highly unlikely. He adds that he believes pressure is mounting on Osama bin Laden's terror group to reassert its effectiveness and its ability to hit another major target.
A scary thought, but the desperation al-Qaeda is feeling shows me that we're doing a great job of stopping attacks. I give credit to stepped up Homeland Security.
Hopefully this intelligence IS "sexed up".
Fortunately, the courts agree with me. The Patriot Act is anything but patriotic.

Tod, I would expect better from you. No constitution has been suspended. Stop the scare mongering and lets talk facts.
Sanity please..

It's amazing what can be accomplished when the President suspends the constitution!
